Bernard Peters is a builder at heart—and an investor by experience. With over a decade in residential construction, Bernard has worn every hat from site supervisor to project manager. Before launching StoneRise, he spent years building custom homes, renovations and property flips across Alberta. That boots-on-the-ground experience shapes everything StoneRise does today.
Bernard founded StoneRise Developments with one goal in mind: to build honest, durable infill housing in Edmonton. Under his leadership, StoneRise focuses exclusively on small-scale multifamily infill in Edmonton: projects designed to fit walkable, established neighbourhoods.
